Covid changed a lot of things, some for good and some for adding more complexity to things. One thing for sure is that it has become more difficult than ever to not only find good talent, but to also retain them for any significant amount of time to make an impact to your company. You’ll find that some of the tactics and strategies that are reflected in this survey are normal and common. But you’ll find that many are new, challenging, counterculture, and innovative. We can assure you that none of these are “new” or unproven. We have been practicing these tactics and strategies for the past 7 years, before Covid, with clients throughout the country, of all sizes, and in different industries. We’ve adjusted them as things changed. And as you take this survey, do not get discouraged that “these things can never happen in my company” or “this is not realistic”. Most companies that use this survey and our recruitment training have learned to tailor it and customize it to what works for them.
